1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ClipNotes, an Android application provided by Just Vibe LLC. By installing or using ClipNotes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use ClipNotes
Subject to these Terms, Just Vibe LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ClipNotes for lawful personal or internal business purposes on Android devices you own or control.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the photos, notes, receipts, signs, business cards, QR codes, links, and other material you scan, import, save, or process with ClipNotes. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that your use of ClipNotes will not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
4. OCR and Extracted Information
ClipNotes uses automated text recognition and parsing. OCR, detected links, dates, prices, names, contact details, hours, and other extracted information may be incomplete or incorrect. ClipNotes is a convenience tool and should not be treated as an authoritative record. You are responsible for reviewing important information before relying on it.
5. Receipts and Reminders
Saved Receipts and custom reminders are organizational tools only. ClipNotes does not determine whether a product is covered by a warranty, verify warranty terms, or guarantee that a reminder will be delivered at an exact time. Android system behavior, notification settings, battery restrictions, app hibernation, device shutdown, or other conditions may delay or prevent reminders.
6. QR Codes and External Links
ClipNotes may decode QR codes and allow you to open external links. You are responsible for deciding whether a link is trustworthy before opening it. Just Vibe LLC does not endorse or control third-party websites, services, content, downloads, or transactions reached through a scanned or saved link.
7. Contacts Integration
If you choose to add scanned business-card information to your contacts, ClipNotes may pass available details to Android's contact editor. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the information before saving it to your contacts.
8. Advertising
ClipNotes may display third-party banner advertisements, including advertisements provided through Google AdMob. Advertising availability, personalization, measurement, and consent may be handled by third-party advertising services subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse ClipNotes, attempt to defeat its security, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, use it to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use scanned/imported content for unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual Property
ClipNotes, its software, design, branding, graphics, and related materials are owned by Just Vibe LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ClipNotes or its intellectual property to you.
11. Third-Party Services
ClipNotes relies on Android platform components and may interact with third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google consent services, browsers, the system photo picker, Contacts, and notification services. Just Vibe LLC is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent terms and privacy practices.
12. Availability and Changes
ClipNotes may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features may vary by Android version, device hardware, region, permissions, or third-party service availability. Just Vibe LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipNotes is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Vibe LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, reminders, records, or other information arising from or related to your use of ClipNotes.
15. Your Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of ClipNotes, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
16. Termination
You may stop using ClipNotes at any time. Just Vibe LLC may restrict or discontinue access to ClipNotes where reasonably necessary to protect the app, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or discontinue the product.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
18. Changes to These Terms
Just Vibe LLC may update these Terms as ClipNotes changes or legal requirements evolve. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
