1. About PolicyPeek

PolicyPeek is a browser extension designed to help users identify, review, summarize, and monitor website Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.

PolicyPeek may provide features including:

• Locating Privacy Policies and Terms of Service on websites
• Summarizing policy language
• Identifying potentially important policy provisions
• Providing policy scores or other informational assessments
• Answering questions about detected Privacy Policies
• Answering questions about detected Terms of Service
• Showing supporting policy passages
• Monitoring selected websites for policy changes
• Providing notifications when changes are detected

PolicyPeek may be modified, expanded, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

2. Not Legal Advice

PolicyPeek does not provide legal advice.

PolicyPeek is an automated informational tool intended to make website policies easier to review and understand. PolicyPeek is not a law firm, and Just Vibe LLC does not provide legal representation through PolicyPeek.

No information, summary, score, answer, warning, classification, recommendation, or other output generated by PolicyPeek creates an attorney-client relationship or should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.

You are responsible for independently reviewing any Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, contract, or other legal document before making decisions based on it. If you require legal advice, you should consult a qualified attorney.

3. Automated Analysis

PolicyPeek uses automated software to analyze policy text. Automated analysis may:

• Miss relevant language
• Misinterpret language
• Produce incomplete summaries
• Assign an inaccurate score or classification
• Fail to detect a policy or a policy change
• Identify language as important when it is not
• Fail to identify language that may be important to you

PolicyPeek's outputs should be treated as informational assistance rather than authoritative interpretations of legal documents. The original policy or Terms of Service published by the applicable website remains the authoritative source.

4. Policy Availability

PolicyPeek cannot guarantee that a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service will be available or detectable for every website.

A website may not publish a policy, may use unusual URLs or document structures, may block automated access, may require authentication, may render content dynamically, may restrict browser extensions, may change its website structure, or may provide incomplete or inaccessible documents.

When PolicyPeek cannot locate or reliably analyze a policy, it may display a message such as “Policy Unavailable.” The inability to locate a policy does not mean that the website does not have one.

5. Third-Party Websites and Content

PolicyPeek analyzes content published by third-party websites. Just Vibe LLC does not own, operate, endorse, or control those websites unless specifically stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party policies, changes made by third-party websites, the legality or enforceability of third-party terms, the security or availability of third-party websites, products or services offered by third parties, statements made by third parties, or actions taken by third parties.

Your use of a third-party website remains subject to that website's own terms, privacy policy, and other applicable agreements.

6. Ask Policy and Ask Terms

PolicyPeek may include features that allow you to ask questions about detected policies.

Ask Policy is intended to provide information based on detected Privacy Policy content. Ask Terms is intended to provide information based on detected Terms of Service content.

Responses may include excerpts or references to supporting passages. These features are intended to help users locate and understand potentially relevant language. They do not guarantee that every relevant clause has been identified or that the interpretation provided is legally correct.

You should review the source document before relying on an answer.

7. Policy Scores and Intelligence

PolicyPeek may generate scores, grades, risk indicators, categories, warnings, or other policy intelligence. These measurements are created using PolicyPeek's internal analysis methods and are provided for informational and comparative purposes only.

A higher or lower score does not establish that a website, business, policy, or service is legally compliant, safe, trustworthy, unlawful, fair, or unfair. Scores should not be interpreted as legal conclusions, certifications, audits, ratings by a regulatory authority, or guarantees.

8. Policy Monitoring

PolicyPeek may allow you to monitor selected websites for changes to their Privacy Policies or Terms of Service. Policy monitoring is provided as a convenience.

We do not guarantee that PolicyPeek will detect every policy change, detect a change immediately, determine the significance of every change correctly, continue monitoring without interruption, or notify you of every detected change.

You remain responsible for reviewing policies that are important to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use PolicyPeek only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use PolicyPeek in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to bypass security protections or access controls
• Use PolicyPeek to gain unauthorized access to websites, systems, or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Intentionally interfere with or disrupt PolicyPeek
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software
• Use PolicyPeek to harass, abuse, threaten, or unlawfully monitor another person
• Misrepresent PolicyPeek outputs as legal advice or official legal determinations
• Use automated means to abuse or overload PolicyPeek or third-party websites
• Use PolicyPeek in a manner that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights

We may restrict access to PolicyPeek when we reasonably believe the extension is being misused.

10. Intellectual Property

PolicyPeek, including its software, design, branding, interface, graphics, functionality, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Just Vibe LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

PolicyPeek, its associated branding, and Just Vibe LLC branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PolicyPeek or Just Vibe LLC intellectual property to you. Third-party Privacy Policies, Terms of Service, trademarks, website content, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. License to Use PolicyPeek

Subject to these Terms, Just Vibe LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PolicyPeek for its intended purposes.

This license does not permit you to sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit PolicyPeek except with our prior written authorization.

12. Privacy

Your use of PolicyPeek is also governed by the PolicyPeek Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how PolicyPeek accesses, processes, stores, and handles information. The current version of PolicyPeek performs its primary policy analysis locally within the user's browser as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Updates and Changes to PolicyPeek

We may update PolicyPeek from time to time. Updates may add features, remove features, modify existing functionality, change analysis methods, improve security, correct errors, or change compatibility requirements.

We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely. Certain updates may be distributed through browser extension marketplaces such as the Chrome Web Store.

14. Availability

We try to provide a reliable product, but PolicyPeek is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability.

PolicyPeek may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of software errors, browser changes, third-party website changes, network problems, maintenance, security issues, marketplace restrictions, legal or regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of PolicyPeek at any time.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLICYPEEK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

JUST VIBE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT POLICYPEEK WILL ALWAYS OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, THAT EVERY POLICY WILL BE FOUND OR ACCURATELY ANALYZED, THAT EVERY POLICY CHANGE WILL BE DETECTED, THAT ANY SUMMARY, SCORE, ANSWER, OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, OR THAT POLICYPEEK WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Vibe LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of PolicyPeek.

This includes damages arising from reliance on a PolicyPeek summary or answer, failure to identify a policy provision, failure to detect a policy change, decisions made based on PolicyPeek output, loss of data, business interruption, third-party website activity, or unavailability of PolicyPeek.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Just Vibe LLC arising from or relating to PolicyPeek will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Just Vibe LLC for PolicyPeek during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Vibe LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of PolicyPeek, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your intentional misuse of PolicyPeek.

This section does not require you to indemnify Just Vibe LLC for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PolicyPeek at any time by uninstalling the extension.

We may suspend or terminate access to PolicyPeek if you materially violate these Terms, your use creates security or legal risk, continuing to provide PolicyPeek becomes unlawful, or PolicyPeek is discontinued.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PolicyPeek evolves. When we make changes, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of PolicyPeek after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using and uninstall PolicyPeek.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or PolicyPeek must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any rights or venue requirements that cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the PolicyPeek Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Vibe LLC regarding your use of PolicyPeek.
